Six loyalty tiers, the conditions behind them and how the rewards scale
Our DK88 Casino loyalty ladder has six steps, running from Dasher through Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond up to Infinity. You join the first one simply by opening an account.
Every step above it widens the same set of rewards rather than replacing them. The rebate, the cashback, the reload and the wheel all follow you upward, only at better rates.
Nothing has to be claimed or applied for. Your tier is read from the activity already recorded on the account, and the benefits attached to it switch on by themselves.
What each tier asks for
Two figures decide where you sit: how much you deposit and how much casino turnover you generate. Silver is measured weekly, and every tier above it is measured on a monthly cycle.
All amounts are in RM, the currency your balance is held in. The exact conditions per tier:

Deposit and turnover are two separate measures, and the upper tiers ask for both at once. Depositing heavily without playing through it will not lift you past Silver on its own.
Deposits count in RM as they land at our cash desk, whichever method you use to fund them. Touch 'n Go, DuitNow QR, FPX, GrabPay, ShopeePay and Boost all feed the same figure.
The ladder is not a queue. If your activity already meets the conditions of a higher tier, you move straight to it without passing through the ones underneath.
That works in both directions. A month that falls short of the conditions for your current tier moves you back down to the one your activity supports.
How the rewards grow between the ends of the ladder
The clearest way to read the programme is to compare the first tier with the last. Five recurring benefits run the whole length of the ladder, and each of them widens at every step in between.
The five benefits at both ends of the DK88 ladder:

The rebate and the cashback are the two that compound quietly. One returns a slice of daily turnover, the other pays back on the weekend, and neither depends on how a session ended.
The reload and the wheel are the visible ones. Both appear in your account daily, and both are worth checking alongside the offers on our bonuses page.
The tiers in between move these figures in steps rather than in one jump. Each promotion in the DK88 lobby lists the rate attached to your current level, so the number you see is always your own.
Rules that apply to every VIP bonus
VIP rewards behave like any other bonus we credit, with a handful of details specific to this programme. All of them are worth knowing before a large bonus lands in your account.
- A VIP bonus stays available for 7 days from the moment it is credited, so plan to use it within that window.
- Wagering varies by tier rather than being one fixed multiplier across the whole programme.
- Arbitrage betting and comparable risk-free strategies do not count toward tier progression.
- Tiers are recalculated between the 1st and the 5th of each month, which is when a change of tier shows up.
The recalculation window matters more than it looks. Activity late in a month still counts toward the tier you will be sitting on when the new cycle opens.
Everything else follows the standard DK88 bonus rules. Stakes draw on real money before bonus funds, and unmet wagering inside the window voids the bonus and anything won from it.
What the top of the ladder adds
From Diamond upward the programme stops being purely numerical. Three privileges are reserved for Diamond and Infinity, and they are arranged individually rather than credited automatically.
A personal manager handles the account from that point, luxury gifts are arranged directly, and tickets to world-class events come through the same route. Everything below that level runs on the automatic rewards in the table above.
Reaching that level is a long project rather than a weekend one. The Diamond conditions ask for RM 500,000 in monthly deposits alongside RM 5,000,000 in casino turnover, held month after month.
Fitting the programme into how you already play
